Step 1. Visioning call
Once we review your application our creative brand strategist will schedule a visioning zoom call to learn about you, your vision and to see if it’s a good fit for us to work together.
No matter what the outcome of the call will be, you will walk away with clarity on your brand. We will share the Zoom call recording with you.
If it’s a full-body YES. Then we will invite you to make an investment in your brand.

Once you make your decision, you will receive a welcome email with the next steps.
Step 2: Your True Essence
You will be invited to fill out a comprehensive CLARITY FORM that will act as a North Star for your brand.
Once we receive your completed clarity form, our creative brand strategist will take you on a deep dive into clarifying the essence of your brand.
You will have the freedom to choose from a number of branding assets to add to your package, including logo design, brand icons, patterns and even business cards.
We will position you in a way that your best clients will be attracted to you instantly.
As a result, you will have a comprehensive brand guide with your unique colors, fonts and other important details about your brand. This document will direct all future digital assets that you will be producing for your business.
Step 3: Asset gathering
Next, you will be guided on the journey of gathering your assets.
If you don’t have a recent brand photoshoot, we will help you find the best photographer in the area and will work with your photographer on your professional photoshoot. We will provide recommendations on what outfits to wear and offer suggestions for the best photoshoot locations.
If copywriting is your strength and you feel confident to write your own copy (which we highly suggest), we will provide you with a CUSTOM MADE copy template with prompts and successful examples, specifically designed for your brand. You will know exactly what copy to write. Your friendly project manager will keep you accountable to make sure you follow through and complete your copy on time.
If copywriting is not your strength, no worries. We’ve got you! We have the best copywriters available who will either write your copy FOR you or WITH you.
Step 4: Creative Design
Once we receive all necessary assets from you, we will go into our creative design process and come up with 2 versions of design concepts for your home page. We will work with you until you absolutely LOVE your home page design.
Once we approve the main concept, we will go into designing the rest of the pages of your site.
You will be able to easily give your input on any designs that we are offering with our cutting-edge, easy-to-use software.
Once we have all pages designed and approved by you, we will do the rest and you can relax and watch your brand come to life.
